Asset Management Corporation of Commercial Enterprises,Shanxi Province (ACCE) was founded by the approval of Shanxi People's Government . It is a state-owned exclusive investment corporation which is authorized by Department of Commerce ,Shanxi Province to perform found-provided and supervisory authority of 30 commercial enterprises at the provincal level.
